If a show is canceled or postponed, we'll email ticket holders with next steps using the email address associated with their ticket purchase.
TicketWeb will email your tickets as a PDF to the email address used to purchase them, typically within 24 hours of the show.
Only purchase tickets through our official website or TicketWeb. We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through third-party sellers.
Seating & Admission
It depends on the show. Some events are fully general admission, while others offer a combination of reserved table seating and general admission standing. Table tickets are sold in groups of four. Purchasing four General Admission tickets does not reserve a table. A table reservation must be purchased to guarantee table seating.

We have a parking lot located behind the venue, with entrances from both Canal Street and S. Dupre Street.
Yes! Canal Streetcar Line: Chickie Wah Wah is located directly across from the N. White & Canal Street stop on the Canal Streetcar line. RTA Bus: The nearest bus stop is located two blocks from the venue at Canal Street and N. Broad Street.
Food & Beverage
We don't have a kitchen, but we often host food pop-ups on our patio or just outside the venue. Check our social media for upcoming pop-ups.
Yes, we offer a full bar with beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits.
